Why We’re Raising Funds
Producing a live theatrical performance involves far more than what audiences see onstage. While our students generously contribute their time, talent, and dedication, the resources needed to bring a full production to life come at a significant cost.
Here is a realistic breakdown of expenses for a single production:
Performance rights & licensing: $2,500–$6,000
Set construction & materials: $2,000–$4,000
Costumes, props, & makeup: $1,500–$3,000
Lighting & sound equipment, rentals, & supplies: $1,500–$3,000
Programs, marketing, printing, & front-of-house needs: $500–$1,500
A single production can cost $10,000–$20,000 or more, even at the educational level.
Donations help ensure our production is safe, high-quality, and creatively ambitious without cutting corners or limiting student opportunities. Every contribution, no matter the size, directly supports arts education and helps transform months of hard work into a fully realized performance.
Thank you for helping make live theatre possible.
